DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7396 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7396 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section 2, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter of said Section 2; thence N00°02'09" West <br /> line of said NW 1/4, 1333.57 feet to the Northwest corner of the aforesaid SW 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4, thence N89°43'16" East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 824.06 feet to its <br /> intersection with the centerline of Baxter Road, thence S16°31'49" West along said <br /> centerline, 498.35 feet to the point of beginning; thence N65°55' West, 417.00 feet ± to <br /> the Southeast corner of Certified Survey Map #8179; thence N13°22'04" East along the <br /> West line of said Certified Survey Map, 238.64 feet; thence N89°43'15" West, 406.00 <br /> feet+; thence S24°15' East, 323.00 feet±; thence N65°45' East, 110.00 feet±; thence <br /> S65°55' East, 526.00 feet to the aforesaid centerline of Baxter Road; thence N16°18'40' <br /> East along said centerline 66.5 feet±to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED . <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> q*:r <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
