It was originally thought that he had used up all of his splits. Our first look at the <br /> land records showed that he had 155.07 acres. When he pointed out that there was more <br /> land that was part of the original farm that was not found in the first search, we did a <br /> further land records search and determined that the original property at the time the <br /> original adoption of the plan was 275.1 acres. We have since issued a new density study, <br /> which I will enclose. (275.1 acres divided by 35 =7.86 splits.)
