Approved Zoning Petition#7385 for a conditional rezone from R-3 to C-1 at 844 Hughes Place with <br /> the following restrictive covenants: <br /> a) permitted use of property shall be restricted to a home-based painting business, <br /> b) storage of flammable materials on site shall not exceed a total of 30 gallons, <br /> c) flammable materials shall be stored in approved fire-proof cabinets,and <br /> d) fire safety inspections of the property will be performed twice a year. <br /> 2. Approved C.U.P.#1523 for a single-family residence at 844 Hughes Place. <br /> 3. Approved C.U.P. #1529 for multi-family residential use at 1903 Sherman Avenue with the condition <br /> that Transitional Housing,Inc. shall enter into a municipal service agreement with the Town of Madison. <br /> 4.
