V <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7386 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7386 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 33, Town of Springfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 33; thence N00°52'48" West, <br /> 605.4 feet; thence N88°19'27" West, 300.00 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> S00°00'56" East, 127.7 feet; thence S81°26'14" West, 195.7 feet; thence S84°19'41" <br /> West, 289.40 feet; thence S86°06'03" West, 364.8 feet; thence N01°39'21" West, 344.6 <br /> feet; thence S88°05'34" East, 385.7 feet; thence S00°00'56" East, 66.4 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
