We have agreed <br /> (contingent upon the County's approval) to construct a 46,000 gross square foot (4-story) office <br /> building adjacent to 3113 West Beltline Highway. This building would be more specifically <br /> located at the corner of Landmark Place and the Frontage Road for the West BeMine Highway. <br /> There are descriptions, maps and surveys included within this packet which more fully describe <br /> the parcel. <br /> A portion of the land upon which this building would be located is currently zoned residential, <br /> having been rezoned just a couple of years ago. However, Countryside Apartments (formally <br /> Sally Properties, Inc.) and our organization have entered into an agreement to develop this <br /> small, pie-shaped parcel into commercial office space. I have attached the relevant portions of <br /> the Offer to Purchase which outline this agreement. <br /> It is the wishes of Mortenson Investment Group, LLC and Countryside Apartments that <br /> this parcel be rezoned .
