DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7387 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Madison. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the B-1 Local Business Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7387 Part of Lot #6, Arbordale Professional Center, located in the SW1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Madison, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot#6, ArbordaleProfessional Center, and a point on a curve; thence Southeasterly along a curve to the right which has a radius of 1398.39 feet and a chord which bears S67°06'04" East, 41.48 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence Southeasterly along a curve to the left which has a radius of 606.96 feet and a chord which bears S67°06'23" East,18.12 feet to the West line of Landmark Place; thence along the West line of Landmark Place, S00°22'36" West, 223.44 feet; thence N80°39'30" West to the Southeast corner of said Lot #5; thence along the East line of Lot #5, N15°29'54" East, 236.33 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
