We are requesting a R-1 area be moved slightly west <br /> to better accommodate a house. <br /> The Town of Medina met July 1 and proposed a deed restriction stricter than what is currently <br /> imposed. It would read precisely : `No further development will be allowed on this 35.64 acre <br /> parcel'. We attended the meeting, discussed the deed restriction at length, and do not disagree <br /> with the Town's decision t to impose this restriction. <br /> When petition 7283 corn es before you July 28,we would like to request no delay from Dane <br /> County Zoning. We acknowledge the Township's desire to preserve agricultural land, and,once <br /> again, do not disagree w th the proposed restriction. <br /> This has not been the fir a petition for re-zoning on this parcel. In fact,this is the third petition <br /> this year to try and get ti Le correct residential zoning.
