DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7283 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the R-1 Residential and A-1 <br /> Exclusive Agricultural District/s the following described land: - <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7283 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 27; thence S86°53'01"West <br /> along the South line of the SE 1/4, 817.74 feet to its intersection with the centerline of <br /> Missouri Road, thence continue S86°53'01" West along said south line, 200.00 feet; <br /> thence N11°33'46"East, 25.02 feet to the point of beginning; thence S86°53'01"West, <br /> 93.86 feet; thence N12°17'37"East, 165.00 feet; thence N86°53'01"East 165.00 feet; <br /> thence S12°17'37" West, 40.88 feet; thence S87°56'58" West, 72.44 feet; thence <br /> S11°33'46" West, 125.08 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> TO A-1 EX.: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 27, thence S86°53'01" <br /> West along the South line of the SE 1/4, 817.74 feet to its intersection with the centerline <br /> of Missouri Road and the point of beginning; thence continue S86°53'01"West along said <br /> South line, 200.00 feet; thence N11°33'46"East, 25.02 feet; thence N86°53'01"East, <br /> 71.14 feet; thence N12°17'3T'East, 124.12 feet; thence N87°56'58' East, 207.56 feet to <br /> the aforesaid centerline of Missouri Road; thence Southwesterly along said centerline, 183 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> There shall be no residential development on the balance of the farm or the 35+acres created by this Ordinance <br /> without such residential development being approved through the rezoning process. Parcels affected by this <br /> restriction are: 18-0812-263-8000-6, 18-0812-263-8500-1, 18-0812-271-9500-9, 18-0812-274-8000-3, <br /> 18-0812-274-9500-6. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to-be-null-and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County I . ct, ,z/ <br /> . ) <br /> 1l <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br /> • <br />
