Ofsthun(Abex Survey company, agent), Cottage Grove 33 <br /> RH-3 to A 1EX <br /> Previous Rezone Petition#7038 for Keith and Richard Swalheim was filed for the 09/23/97 ZNR <br /> Comm. P.H. to create a separate parcel for an owner of the Swalheim farm(and also resulted <br /> from USH 12 & 18 ROW changes.) This petition was approved subject to a CSM. Surveyor <br /> Glen Northrup recorded CSM 8789 on 01/09/1998. However, it came to his attention some time <br /> later that the Westerly line of the new CSM was too far West, and in fact included 14+-feet of <br /> the neighbor's(Ofsthun's)property. To correct this,Northrup recorded another CSM--#8854 - <br /> - on 03/26/1998. Although this took care of the property line error, the narrow strip not included <br /> in the new CSM was still officially zoned RH-3. Northrup now wishes to make the final <br /> correction to return Ofsthun's property to the proper zoning status. Norb Scribner has stated that <br /> no new CSM is required. <br /> Note: An intermittent stream tributary to Little Door Creek flows SW to NE through this strip. <br /> Both CSM's and a copy of the Surveyor's plat map available in file. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7284.
