DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7284 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the A-1 EX Exclusive <br /> Agricultural Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7284 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 33; thence S88°23'06" <br /> West on the East-West quarter line, 1330.63 feet to Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 of <br /> the NE 1/4; thence N01°04'56"West on East line of said 1/4 1/4, 166.53 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence Northwesterly, 14.33 feet along a North right-of-way line of USH 12 <br /> and 18 along the arc of 2,794.79 feet radius curve to the right, chord bearing N80°02'32" <br /> West, 14.33 feet; thence NO1°06'52" West, 466.74 feet to the right-of-way line of <br /> relocated USH 12 and 18; thence along said right-of-way, S78°24' East, 7.28 feet; thence <br /> along said right-of-way, S77°17'58"East, 7.44 feet to the East line of said SW 1/4 of NE <br /> 1/4; thence S01°04'56"East on said 1/4 1/4 line, 466.12 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> I\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
