Robert Burull and Jeanne R. Burull purchased approximately 179 acres of <br /> sections 7 and 18 of the Town of Christiana. They have sold off two parcels of land from <br /> that 179 acres that had, or now have, homesites. Upon reviewing the existing town plan <br /> and the present Dane County interpretation of these matters, it seems that Burull enjoys 3 <br /> remaining "splits", upon which a homesite can be built. <br /> Accordingly, the Burulls have authorized me to apply for two lots as shown on the <br /> attached map. Both lots are formed on highly erodable land, as defined by the various <br /> local agencies. Both lots have adequate, safe road access. Both lots would be to the RH-1 <br /> district. The Certified Survey map would contain the following notes: <br /> 1. This is an agricultural area where modern farm practices are utilized. <br /> 2. There is to be no further division of these lots. <br /> Pertinent parcel number for the north lot is 6 / CY9—3 — 2 <br /> Pertinent parcel number for the south lot is O!/. —0,2— 3 — 9S / <br /> Soil types are as follows. North lot OS C a /868 <br /> South lot ,80,A <br /> Burull also would restrict future development on the appropriate number of acres. <br /> If you have questions or need additional information, please contact me.
