Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1509 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COZMZITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Hot mix asphalt plant for highway projects. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 08/11/98 EXPIRATION DATE: 7/1/99 <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 <br /> of Section 33, Town of Cottage Grove, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 33; thence <br /> East 107 .24 feet; thence S00°39' 40" West along the Easterly <br /> right-of-way of CTH N, 166.04 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence S86°19' 45" East, 374 .92 feet; thence N00°39' 40" East, <br /> 190. 04 feet to the North line of said NE 1/4; thence East along <br /> said North line 900 feet; thence South 1650 feet more or less to <br /> the Northerly right-of-way of STH 12 and 18; thence Westerly and <br /> North-Westerly along said Northerly right-of-way to a point on <br /> the Easterly right-of-way of CTH N; thence Northerly along said <br /> Easterly right-of-way of said CTH N to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1.The applicant shall comply with all conditions and best management practices required in the <br /> erosion control plan approved by the Land Conservation Department for the site. Any erosion <br /> control structures shall be maintained according to a schedule approved by the Land Conservation <br /> Department. <br /> 2. Prior to commencement of extraction operations, the applicant shall submit a report signed by a <br /> licensed, qualified professional engineer to the Zoning Administrator. This report shall certify that <br /> all constructed basins, trenches, retention berms and other erosion control measures match the <br /> elevations and design standards specified in the erosion control plan. <br />
