The applicant is requesting a CUP to build a 180' monopole tower in the Town of <br /> Madison, on 2814 Syene Rd. <br /> II. ANALYSIS <br /> A. An existing tower is in the vicinity,on 2921 Syene Rd. The City of Madison <br /> Department of Planning&Development has written a letter to our department offering <br /> their cooperation in case we wanted to encourage co-location with the existing tower <br /> in the city. The existing tower has to comply with conditions similar to our ordinance <br /> to ensure that the tower can accommodate multiple uses. Article 11, Section 10.194 of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance,provides the <br /> standards for CUP for communication towers. It states: <br />
