Page 1 <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1510 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Television tower. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/28/98 EXPIRATION DATE: See Below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Madison <br /> described as follows: Lot #2 CSM #8784 found in Volume48, Page <br /> 279 of Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds <br /> Office. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. The primary use of the communication tower permitted under Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1510 shall be for the mounting of equipment for Personal Communication Services (PCS) <br /> transmissions/receptions/receptions and Cellular Telephone equipment. <br /> 2. The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under Conditional Use Permit <br /> No.1510 shall accommodate, at a minimum height of 180 feet above grade, the collocation of two <br /> additional antenna arrays similar in size and function to that placed on the tower by the holder of said <br /> permit. <br /> 3. The two collocation sites required hereunder need not be available on the tower as initially <br /> placed, constructed, or modified, provided that the tower will support at the specified minimum height <br /> the later addition of the required number of collocation sites. <br /> 4. Collocation sites required hereunder shall upon request be made available by the holder of <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1510 for the mounting of technologically compatible antenna arrays and <br /> equipment at the prevailing market rate in the region and upon contractual provisions which are <br /> standard in the industry. <br />
