Millar, and we wish to submit an <br /> application for rezoning of a lot which serves his business in <br /> Albion Township and for a conditional use permit. Enclosed are two <br /> checks in the amount of $165.00 each for the filing fees as well as <br /> a Certified Survey Map indicating the lot which we are requesting <br /> be changed from RH-1 Rural Homes District to A-2(-)Agricultural <br /> District. The tax parcel number of the lot is 01-0512-233-9225-5. <br /> The lot currently serves purposes related to the business of Millar <br /> Grain Service, primarily parking of semi trucks used for hauling <br /> grain and liquid fertilizer. Mr. Millar proposes the change as a <br /> more appropriate district for parking and storing those vehicles, <br /> and he also wishes to construct a garage to hose and clean the <br /> equipment. The proposed structure would hold two vehicles and <br /> measure approximately seventy-two feet by forty-three feet, and the <br /> peak would reach 25 feet in height.
