We wish to rezone the lot from RH-1 Rural Homes District to A-B <br /> Agriculture Business District. My understanding is that it will then be <br /> unnecessary to obtain a conditional use permit, and therefore, we wish to <br /> withdraw that application. The tax parcel number of the lot is 01-0512-233-9225- <br /> 5. <br /> As previously stated, the lot currently serves purposes related to the business <br /> of Millar Grain Service, primarily parking of semi trucks used for hauling grain <br /> and liquid fertilizer. we propose the change as a more appropriate district for <br /> parking and storing those vehicles, and our client also wishes to construct a <br /> garage to hose and clean the equipment. The proposed zoning change is suitable <br /> for the parcel as it is used for a commercial purpose associated with <br /> agricultural production. <br /> My understanding is that this amendment will remain on the schedule for the <br /> public hearing on November 24, 1998. A filing fee of $300.00 was paid at the <br /> time of application, and so I would appreciate your refunding the amount of <br /> $135.00 due to the withdrawal of the conditional use permit. That refund may be <br /> made payable to the Roethe Trust Account and sent to our Edgerton office. We <br /> appreciation your assistance in processing this application and recommending the <br /> change in the application.
