DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7393 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Madison. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the R-2 Residential District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7393 <br /> A parcel of land in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Madison described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence <br /> S00°50' West, 182.75 feet to a point; thence S89°24' East, 370.0 feet to a point; thence <br /> S00°50' West, 30.00 feet to a point on the line of the private roadway, which point is the <br /> beginning of this description; thence S89°24' East, 75.0 feet to a point on said private <br /> road; thence S00°50' West, 200.0 feet to a point; thence N89°24' West, 75.0 feet to a <br /> point; thence N00°50' East about 200.0 feet to the ponit of beginning. <br /> l <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
