ry <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7394 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2, RH-3 and RH-4 Rural <br /> Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7394 <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> Parts of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 30, Town <br /> of Deerfield, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest croner of the NE 1/4 of <br /> the SW 1/4, thence Southeasterly along the centerline of Olstad Road, 430 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue Southeasterly along said road centerline, 395 feet; <br /> thence North, 660 feet; thence N80°West, 190 feet; thence North, 380 feet; thence West, <br /> 198 feet; thence South, 990 feet the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> Parts of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 all in Section 30 Town <br /> of Deerfield described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4, thence North, 1370 feet; thence East, 450 feet; thence South, 1495 feet to the <br /> centerline; of Olstad Road; thence Northwesterly along said road centerline, 430 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Together with part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30; <br /> beginning at the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, beginning at <br /> the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence S45° West, 1665 feet; thence <br /> N915 feet to the centerline of Olstad Road; thence Northeasterly along said centerline, <br /> 1200 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: <br /> Parts of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, <br /> and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in Section 30, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, thence West along the <br /> South line of said 1/4 1/4; 220 feet to the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly to <br /> Northwesterly along the centerline of Olstad Road, 1430 feet; thence North, 660 feet, <br /> thence N42°East, 680 feet;thence N52°East, 370 feet; thence S69°East, 550 feet; thence <br /> South, 885. feet; thence S73°East, 290 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
