Hughes wishes to divide it into 3 <br /> SFR/farmette parcels of 2.4 acres,2.6 acres, and 2.0 acres,to be sold to unrelated parties. <br /> Note: The Sugar River, with associated Floodplain and Wetland flows NW to SE on the North side of <br /> Dairy Ridge Road(aka Bobcat Lane). <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7375. This RH-2 parcel is in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of Verona. This is <br /> an existing farmhouse and buildings which were rezoned RH-2 several years ago consistent with plan <br /> policies. <br /> The proposed rezoning and division into 3 lots appears to conflict with the adopted policy: "Non-farm <br /> residential development by certified survey in those areas not classified as prime farmland at a density <br /> of one lot per 35 contiguous acres owned...." <br /> With a nonfarm residential parcel of 7 acres,the density policy does not allow for further division. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.). <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
