The <br /> zoning was changed to R-1A Residence Zoning Distri t. Unfortunately, The proposed accessory building they would like <br /> to build will exceed the height requirements for tha'district. <br /> So,we will need to change the zoning again to anot er zoning district that will facilitate the desired height. The RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District will be the best suited for the p oposed project. <br /> Attached please find Rezoning Petition#10924. The County's public hearing date will be November 24th to expedite the <br /> correction. Please add this petition to the next Tow Board agenda.
