Parcel ID: 0811-204-9206 <br /> To Whom it may concern , <br /> I would like to rezone 3/4 of an acre of my existing 6 . 4 acre <br /> parcel from RH-2 to LC-1 around my existing out buildings so I can <br /> store scaffolding , ladders , a couple trucks inside the buildings <br /> and a couple of trucks outside the buildings for use in my drywall <br /> contracting business . We would not have an office at this location <br /> so we would not be conducting any business other than storing <br /> scaffolding , ladders and a few drywall related trucks there . <br /> Gillham Drywall Inc . owns seven vehicles , of which three would not <br /> be stored at this location ( they are taken home at night from the <br /> jobs ) , and at least two of the remaining four would be parked <br /> inside the large barn . We would. try to keep the back area clean, <br /> neat and mowed as to not upset the neighbors . <br /> The neighborhood is mostly farms or residential , with three <br /> Commercial zoned area within a mile . There is also two other Rh-2 <br /> properties that park their large business trucks at the home that <br /> are within a mile . We could apply for a zoning change just inside <br /> the buildings not outside , if necessary , there is two properties <br /> in the area zoned the same . <br /> We are willing to work with the neighbors in any way if they have <br /> any concerns about are proposed zoning change . <br /> Thank you very much. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Don M.
