The Ziche's now wish to remove this <br /> Restriction. They state: <br /> "After a series of meetings with the board of the Primrose Township(beginning in July, 1996 <br /> and ending September, 1996),we were told that we could use the pre-existing driveway from <br /> Ridge Drive if we brought it up to meet Primrose's driveway code. We did this in October, <br /> 1996 and have been using and are still using this driveway from Ridge Drive. There was an <br /> easement granted to us for this drive at the time we purchased the property." <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7378. This appears to be a judgment call—how to access this lot and existing house. <br /> A gravel road has been constructed from Ridge Road south to the lot, crossing a small hayfield. This <br /> drive is through an easement from the adjoining property owner. <br /> To construct a drive from Nessa Road will require cutting trees and crossing a small valley, which <br /> would probably require considerable fill. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
