THE INFORMATION IN THIS PACKET IS ASSIMULATED TO MAKE <br /> KNOWN THE OPPOSITION TO PETITION #7378 <br /> William & Michelle Ziche's petition to have the Deed Restriction removed <br /> requiring their driveway be put in off of Nessa Rd. <br /> Since Ziche's built their home and have not put in the driveway off of <br /> Nessa, they have been entering their premises via a field road owned by <br /> Grant Slotten off of Ridge Dr. The Ziche's have infact established their <br /> mailing address as: 8573 Ridge Drive, Belleville, WI 53508. <br /> Grant Slotten has asked the Town of Primrose and is asking the Dane Cty <br /> Zoning & Natural Resources Committee to enforce the Deed Restriction. Mr. <br /> Slotten does not want to enter into a joint driveway agreement to provide <br /> a driveway across his land for the Ziche's. <br />
