Letter from Merry Law Office regarding the Easement from Grant Slotten <br /> to Primrose Recycling Co. 10-14-98 <br /> 2. Copy of the Easement on file at the Register of Deeds. 6-28-91 <br /> 3. Letter from Attorney Jonathon Hajny regarding enforcement of the deed restriction <br /> 6-05-96 <br /> 4. Copies of the Dane Co Planning Dept notices of non-compliance of Dane Co <br /> Ordinances. 08-20-98 <br /> 5. Town Letter to Gregorius waiving the requirement on this parcel that the Driveway <br /> be completed and Inspected before construction of the home. Note: This was agreed <br /> upon on the basis of the site viewing upon which I, Larry Sherven was present, and <br /> that stakes were laid out where the driveway is to be constructed and coming off of <br /> Nessa Road. Note: After this situation, the Town NO LONGER WAIVES this <br /> requirement. <br /> 6.
