October 27, 1998 <br /> Memo to: Members of the ZNR Committee <br /> I received the following info by phone from the Chair of the Town of Primrose, Earl <br /> Garfoot: <br /> Petition 7378, re: deed restriction. <br /> This house was built three years ago, with an access road across a neighbors property, <br /> only to allow the house to be built in the winter. The owner was to build his own drive <br /> before moving into the house. That was not done. Now the neighbor wants the easement <br /> removed. Owner agreed to deed restriction that said he was not to move into house until <br /> his own drive constructed. <br /> The Town Supervisors and Chair cannot make tonight's meeting, as they have another <br /> meeting scheduled. <br /> 71, <br />
