ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4934 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4934: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 27, thence North along <br /> the North-South quarter line of Section 27, 566.26 feet to the true point of <br /> beginning; thence North, 734.77 feet; thence N 86° 33' 39" East, 371.04 feet; <br /> thence S 08° 54' 45" West, 284.02 feet; thence S 51° 13' 19" West, 162.10 feet; <br /> thence South, 191.62 feet; thence S 47° 29' 49" West, 271.28 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land running in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land: <br /> A. Use of the C-2 area shall be limited to a recycling center. <br /> B. All materials for recycling shall be stored inside an enclosed <br /> building. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
