Blvd <br /> Madison, Wisconsin 53709 <br /> Dear Mr. Gregorius : <br /> At our Regularly Scheduled Town Board Meeting held on January 16 , <br /> 1996 , the Town Board approved the following Resolution: 96 -f <br /> WHEREAS ; the Town Board desires to enforce the Town of Primrose <br /> Driveway ordinance through the issuance of a Driveway <br /> Permit. And, that a Driveway must be constructed prior <br /> to any excavation for a building and construction thereof , <br /> BE IT RESOLVED; • <br /> The Dane County Zoning Department shall only issue Building Permits <br /> in the Town of Primrose to those persons presenting Dane County Zoning <br /> with a Town Driveway Permit issued by the Town of Primrose. The Drive- <br /> way Permit must be checked APPROVED and must have the Signature of the <br /> Town Chairperson or Town Supervisor in the INSPECTION OF THE DRIVEWAY <br /> Section of the Town Driveway Permit.
