UNOFFICIAL bOPY <br /> (f) Indemnity. Association shall indemnify and hold the Town harmless for any and all <br /> liability, suits, actions, claims, costs, damages, and expenses (including reasonable <br /> attorney fees) related to or arising from the maintenance, repair, and replacement of <br /> the Stormwater Management Measures. <br /> (g) Non-Use. The Town's non-use or limited use of its rights granted in this Agreement <br /> shall not be deemed a waiver of the Town's rights and shall not limit or prohibit the <br /> Town from exercising its rights at any time to the full extent authorized in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> (h) Enforcement. Enforcement of this Agreement by the Town may be by proceedings at <br /> law or in equity against the Association or any person or entity violating or <br /> attempting or threatening to violate any term or condition of this Agreement.
