Stoughton Road <br /> Madison,Wisconsin 53716 <br /> Dear Sir or Madam; <br /> On July rth 1998,the property at 309 Powers Avenue was visited by Fire Inspector Jay Salvo at the <br /> request of the property owner and the Fire Chief. <br /> This property appears to have been built as a duplex as there are two separate living quarters each <br /> with their own bath and kitchen facilities.The Fire Department does not have jurisdiction concerning <br /> 1 or 2 family dwellings(ILHR 14)but does not have any special concerns other than those addressed <br /> by the building inspector.
