In fact, she states that before she <br /> owned it"the upstairs was used as an apartment so it already is set up as a 2-bedroom"unit. Ms. <br /> Bailey uses only the 1st floor for her living quarters. She would make the necessary changes to <br /> meet Building Code requirements to separate the two stories into individual living units and <br /> provide a balcony as a second exit from the upstairs. <br /> Ms. Bailey has also applied for Variance 2964, to be heard at the July 23, 1998 Board of <br /> Adjustment Public Hearing, for variances from the area and width of an R-3A lot and from <br /> sideyard for the existing home. <br /> Note: This rezone is in the height-restricted area of the Dane County Regional Airport. <br /> Variance information in file. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7285.
