The owners request the RH-1 zoning to <br /> permit increased height and area for a proposed 2-story detached garage. (The maximum height for an <br /> accessory building in the R-1 district— 12' average height--does not usually permit a full second story <br /> above a garage.) <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7380. The proposed RH-2 rezoning is in a residentially zoned area within the central urban <br /> service area next to Bishop's Bay golf course. <br /> The reason for the rezoning is to accommodate a large detached garage. <br /> The rezoning appears consistent in use.
