DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7381 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7381 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Primrose <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence <br /> N00°44'26" East along the West line of said NW 1/4, 616.59 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing N00°44'26" East along said West line, 1022.45 feet to the <br /> Southerly right-of-way line of County Highway 7G; thence N65°26'00" East along said <br /> right-of-way line, 204.91 feet; thence N66°08'10" East along said right-of-way line, <br /> 244.62 feet; thence N65°47'23" East along said right-of-way line, 246.71 feet; thence <br /> N72°16'15" East along said right-of-way line, 104.64 feet; thence N63°08'17" East along <br /> said right-of-way line, 103.14 feet; thence N30°37'58" East along said right-of-way line, <br /> 72.34 feet; thence S15°51'42" East, 305.28 feet; thence S08°09'19" West, 638.46 feet; <br /> thence S05°42'00"East, 500.00 feet; thence S88°25'42" West, 919.71 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That there be no further divisions of this parcel for residential purposes. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to D ounty Zoning. <br /> 3 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
