DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7381 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7381 Part of the NW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Primrose described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence N00°44'26" East along the West line of said NW 1/4, 616.59 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N00°44'26" East along said West line, 1022.45 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of County Highway 7G; thence N65°26'00" East along said right-of-way line, 204.91 feet; thence N66°08'10" East along said right-of-way line, 244.62 feet; thence N65°47'23" East along said right-of-way line, 246.71 feet; thence N72°16'15" East along said right-of-way line, 104.64 feet; thence N63°08'17" East along said right-of-way line, 103.14 feet; thence N30°37'58" East along said right-of-way line, 72.34 feet; thence S15°51'42" East, 305.28 feet; thence S08°09'19" West, 638.46 feet; thence S05°42'00"East, 500.00 feet; thence S88°25'42" West, 919.71 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1.That there be no further divisions of this parcel for residential purposes. A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to D ounty Zoning. 3 The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
