ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3935 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> & RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #3935: <br /> Part of the E 1>2L.*'NW 1/4 & NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Roxbury, <br /> described as follows. TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4 of said Section 17; thence West 475 feet along the South boundary <br /> of said NE 1/4 NW 1/4; them Nort 8'50 feet; thence East 300 feet; thence <br /> North 300 feet; thence East 30 eet; thence South 850 feet; thence West 125 <br /> feet to the point of begi <br /> This description i intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepay for approval and record .
