DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7382 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes and A-1 <br /> Ex. Exclusive Agriculture Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7382 <br /> TO RH-4: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of Roxbury <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4 of the NE <br /> 1/4, thence S00°02'10" East along the West line of said 1/4 1/4; 470.75 feet, thence <br /> S86°40'00"East along a Northerly line of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #5308, 212.45 <br /> feet, thence S00°02'10" East along an Easterly line of Lot #1 of said Certified Survey <br /> Map, 836.17 feet to the South line of said 1/4 1/4; thence S89°51'32" East along the <br /> South line of said 1/4 1/4, 1116.86 feet to the Southeast corner of said 1/4.1/4, , thence <br /> N00°10'49' West along the Easterly boundary of said 1/4 1/4, 1320.85 feet to the North <br /> line of said Section 17, thence N89°55'57" West along the North line of said Section, <br /> 1325.61 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-i EX.: <br /> Part of the E 1/2 NW 1/4 of Section 27, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North 275 feet; thence <br /> West 250 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 300 feet; thence West 125 feet; thence <br /> North 600 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence South 650 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence <br /> South 250 feet;thence East 350 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That there shall be only one residence on the RH-4 rezone area. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> \03,1)-\(2\9) <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
