The above described real estate shall be used only for a recreational mobile <br /> home park for so long as said real estate shall be zoned R-4. <br /> 2. The maximum number of mobile homes allowed to be placed on the above <br /> described real estate shall be limited to 100 for so long as said real estate shall be <br /> zoned R-4. <br /> 3.
