DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7287 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-4 Residential Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7287 Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 3,Town of Roxbury described as follows: TO R-4: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 3, thence N 87° 32' 41" East, 1006.71 feet to the point of beginning.
