I
suspect
the additional conditions may come as a memo, or to one or two members
only, and be advanced from there. Also include the unresolved issues
ie: high water mark, park dedication to town.
thanks,
kevin.
From: standing
To: DOTKXK; kkesters
Cc: sieling
Subject: Petition 7110 packet for 2/17 ZNR meetin
Date: Thursday, February 12, 1998 10:59AM
Kevin,
We had our meeting with the County Executive yesterday concerning
Petition 7110 on Fish Lake. The Exec's office is still resistant to
the idea of what they perceive as an unsewered subdivision in a remote
area of the county. Even with the conditions the subcommittee
developed, the feeling is that the resource is not adequately
protected. Kathleen will probably be calling you, if she has not
already.
My immediate problem is that I would like to include some of the
materials the subcommittee reviewed and developed in the packet to the
full ZNR for the 2/17 meeting. Jim Gregorius will be sending out the
packets this afternoon at 1:00. Given that there are still some
unresolved issues, particularly with the establishment of a new
highwater mark, what would you like me to include in the ZNR packet?
Please call or e-mail to discuss.
