The <br /> water level on the 28th was 859.25 M.S.L. datum. We evaluated the OHWM on November 3, 1993 <br /> and, it was established at at 856.46 M.S.L. Lake levels have risen steadily since the 1993 survey. <br /> We used BM 2026-A for the May 28th study. Benchmark 2026-A is 6-foot long concrete post, 6 <br /> inches in diameter, 33 feet from the centerline of Fish Lake Road, 36 feet from the centerline of the <br /> county park driveway and, the elevation of BM 2026-A is 863.36 M.S.L.. <br /> From our study we conclude that the OHWiVI for Fish Lake is 858.70 M.S.L. I have enclosed a <br /> summary of my study for your information. Please use this elevation for future shoreland zoning. <br /> decisions at the lake.
