ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5552 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTI ANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5552: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 13, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 13; thence S 87° 28 ' 38" <br /> West along the South line of said SE 1/4, 676.75 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue S 87° 28 ' 38" West, 605 feet; thence N 02° 31' 22" <br /> West, 1320.49 feet; thence N 87° 28' 09" East, 680.22 feet;thence4 S 00° 44' <br /> 14" West, 1322.73 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> • <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
