DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7288 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Christiana. District <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain de ifollows:he RH That the <br /> Homes and A-2 <br /> Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to in <br /> Agriculture District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7288 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of <br /> Christiana described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 24; thence North along the <br /> East line of the SE 1/4, 845 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North, 555 feet <br /> to the centerline of East Rockdale Road; thence N66°West along said centerline, 82 feet; <br /> thence S24° West, 233 feet; thence South, 362 feet; thence East, 185 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> Also, part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town <br /> of Christiana described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 24; thence North along the East <br /> line of the SE 1/4, 845 feet;West, 185 feet; thence North, 362 feet; thence N24°East, 233 <br /> feet to the centerline of East Rockdale Road; thence N66° West along said centerline, 168 <br /> feet; thence Southwesterly along the centerline of a drainage ditch, 1900 feet to the <br /> Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence East along the South line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4, 1320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER'T'IFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, <br /> a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
