This proposed land division is in an agricultural preservation area of the Town of <br /> Christiana. The relevant adopted town/county policy is: "Density limited to one lot per 35 acres <br /> owned." <br /> With 75 acres, two parcels would be allowed. However, it appears that three have already been <br /> created: the RH-1, R-1 and R-1-A parcel. <br /> Thus creating additional parcels by approving this rezoning clearly conflicts with the density policy. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
