Changing the zoning of the Walsh <br /> property complies with the Town's Land Use Plan. The Town Board found as follows: <br /> • The Walsh property is not agricultural land <br /> • The Walsh property is not appropriate for agricultural preservation or use <br /> • The Walsh property is not by soil, history, use, natural features, or size, <br /> appropriate to preserve for agricultural use <br /> • The Walsh property is not found by the assessor to be workable land <br /> • The property's only reasonable use is not agricultural but residential <br /> • The Walsh property is too small to be used for agricultural purposes <br /> • The Walsh property is topographically inaccessible to farm machinery <br /> needed to agricultural use. <br /> The Town of Cross Plains's Plan Commission made similar findings in regard to the <br /> Walsh property, Exhibit D. <br /> The Statement of the Owner,John Walsh; Exhibit E: <br /> • 90%of the property is a steep, and largely inaccessible valley <br /> -4- <br />
