4.r <br /> , RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS the Town of Cross Plains has reviewed the request by John Walsh and his <br /> application to Dane County for a request for rezoning and a variance to allow the land division of <br /> the north approximately 10 acres of Lot 1, CSM no. 3858, and <br /> WHEREAS the Town has specifically reviewed this application in light of the Town of <br /> Cross Plains' Land Use Plan, and the Town having found that the 10 acres involved, and <br /> remaining 20 acres of Lot 1: <br /> 1) are not"Agricultural Lands"within the definitions of the Land Use Plan, <br /> 2) are not appropriate for preservation as long-term farmland or agricultural use <br /> under the Town's Land Use Plan; <br /> 3) are not the type of lands by soil, historical use, owner commitment, degree of <br /> investment,natural features,parcel size, and adjacent land use which are, or need <br /> to be preserved for agricultural use. <br /> 4) That the initial effort to implement the Town's Land Use Plan established Town <br /> err Plan Districts; <br />
