a) The property involved in this request is not now, and was not at the <br /> adoption of the Land Use Plan,part of the Town's Agricultural <br /> Preservation District (-� �" ti=—� `-' '�'�`�k, /CO - <br /> WHEREAS as part of the Town's Planning Committee's continued study <br /> of land use, and having considered a request to change the boundaries of the Agricultural <br /> Preservation District to omit Lot 1 of CSM 3858 from said district, the Planning Committee <br /> considered the application is consistent with the Town's Land Use Plan, and with the plan <br /> district policies, and specifically finds the land: <br /> • is not agricultural,nor agriculturally productive; it is non-productive woodlands; <br /> • does not meet the specific definition of"Agricultural Land" (from p. 11 of the <br /> plan); <br /> • has not had a history of economically viable farming activities; <br />
