Petition no. 7358 is to create an additional buildabk lot in a property in the <br /> town of Cross Plains. <br /> B. The property is on the Al-EX district. It is wooded and has steep slopes. The <br /> property is"land-locked". There is an intermittent streem tributary to Garfoot <br /> Creek. <br /> C. There is a single family residence on the property(see circle below). The <br /> parcel that is proposed to be divided was created by CSM as lot 1 (CSM# <br /> 3858); it is 29.9 acres, and was assessed $233,400 in 1997 (see parcel A <br /> below).
