April 6, 1999 <br /> TO: Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Subject: Summary of"grant as modified" petitions-April 8, 1999 County Board session. <br /> From: James Gregorius, Dane County Zoning Administrator <br /> Petition-7482 <br /> 1)that the maximum would be 78 dwelling units. <br /> 2) execution of a development agreement between the town and Mr. Ladopoulos. <br /> 3)that the commercial retail area is limited to 13,900 gsf. <br /> 4) submittal and approval by the Town Board of a site plan for the project. <br /> 5) no conversion of the retail units to apartments or condominiums unless the Town Board <br /> wishes to do so. <br /> 6) as part of the conditional use permit that Phase 1 will include the northwesterly multi- <br /> family use building within the first phase and commercial space. <br /> 7) execution of an agreement with the Windsor Sanitary District#1. <br /> 8)require that an erosion control plan be prepared, as per Chapter 14,DCCO. <br /> 9)There shall be no construction within those areas mapped as wetlands in the Wisconsin <br /> DNR Wetland Inventory until such time as the wetland designation is removed via <br /> statements by the DNR and the Zoning Administrator. <br /> 10. Grant an avigation easement to Dane County. <br /> 11. Include a statement in subsequent deed transfers indicating that, "That this parcel is <br /> approximately four(4) miles of the Dane County Regional Airport and in direct alingment <br /> to the main north-south runway for aircraft approach and take-off patterns." <br /> 12. Maintain/limit the total number of access points off of CTH CV to two(2), as indicated <br /> in the site plan submitted to our office, dated February 1, 1999. <br /> 13. Dedication of additional right-of-way along the entire property frontage onto CTH CV <br /> so that the right-of-way extends uniformly 50 feet east from the right-of-way centerline. <br /> 14. Submit an access plan to be approved by the Dane County Highway and <br /> Transportation Department and acquire the appropriate access permits. <br /> Petition- 7487 <br /> Specifying no further residential development on parcel 0812-272-9070 (33.2 acres) and <br /> the balance of parcel 0812-281-9500 (east of HWY. 73) (approximately 8.56 acres). <br /> Petition- 7488 <br /> Specifying that cattle are not allowed on the rezone area. <br /> Petition- 7492 <br /> Specifying no further residential development on the balance of the acreage <br /> (approximately 38.5) in parcel 0807-162-9001. <br />
