DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7323 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural <br /> Homes Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7323 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence <br /> Northwesterly 702 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly 350 <br /> feet more or less; thence Northwesterly 458 feet more or less to the centerline of County <br /> Trunk Highway F; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said County Trunk <br /> Highway F 225 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 498 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning <br /> • <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence West <br /> along the South line of said quarter quarter, 1321 feet more or less to the Southwest <br /> corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North on the West line of <br /> said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, 620 feet more or less to the centerline of <br /> County Trunk Highway F; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said County Trunk <br /> Highway F; 390 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 450 feet more or less; thence <br /> Northeasterly 350 feet more or less; thence Southeaterly 702 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject tg the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are-intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. - <br /> AkL..-W°33.) <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(lxa),(b),(c). <br />
