DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7323 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7323 Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Black Earth described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence Northwesterly 702 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence Southwesterly 350 feet more or less; thence Northwesterly 458 feet more or less to the centerline of County Trunk Highway F; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said County Trunk Highway F 225 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 498 feet more or less to the point of beginning • TO RH-2: Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Black Earth described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 33; thence West along the South line of said quarter quarter, 1321 feet more or less to the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence North on the West line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, 620 feet more or less to the centerline of County Trunk Highway F; thence Northeasterly along the centerline of said County Trunk Highway F; 390 feet more or less; thence Southeasterly 450 feet more or less; thence Northeasterly 350 feet more or less; thence Southeaterly 702 feet more or less to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject tg the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are-intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. - AkL..-W°33.) The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(lxa),(b),(c).
