Memorandum <br /> TO: Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> FROM: Town Board of Black Earth <br /> SUBJECT : Zoning Petition 6829 <br /> The Town Board would like to clarify our town plan . <br /> We have in the past, since adoption in June 3, 1981, <br /> amended it twice, once In 1990 and again in 1996 . We <br /> have always treated substandard parcels with one <br /> split, which means a parcel with a home on it would <br /> have the chance to create one more .
