The affect would be to allow for the "leasing of motor vehicles." <br /> Paragraphs (b) and (c) corrects what was intended as restrictions for building setbacks <br /> and parking lot setbacks along the Interstate Highway and Exit Ramp for those lots along <br /> the highway and exit ramp. The plat was completed in three stages and the lot numbers <br /> on the final plats were different than what was reflected in and intended by these <br /> covenants. These changes now reflect the correct lot numbers.
