(1) (1) ) ; (viii) storage, repair and maintenance of carnival, concession and circus machinery and equipment (Section 10.14 (1) (o) ) ; (ix) automobile and truck driver training schools and construction equipment operator training schools that are privately owned and operated for profit (Section 10. 14 (1) (p) ) ; (x) parking or storing of motor vehicles (Section 10. 14 (1) (q) ) ; and (xi) storing or processing of scrap or waste materials conducted entirely within a building (Section 10. 14 (1) (r) ) . The Zoning Restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the Real Estate and shall be binding upon all parties now and owning any part of said Real Estate, their successors, heirs s and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant provisions herein provided, said Zoning Restrictions are amended or terminated. The Zoning Restrictions shall be enforceable at law or equity against any party who has, or acquires, an interest in the Real Estate, by any of the following parties who are hereby named as grantees, promisees and beneficiaries with enforcement rights hereunder: (a) Dane County.
